Job Description
- Provide businesscritical inhouse IT support to endusers across the organization
- Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
- Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms
- Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system
- Work with your colleagues on the development of the Corporate IT infrastructure
Qualifications :
- Juniors and midlevel are welcome to apply
- Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
- Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace Microsoft 365 or other SaaS platforms.
- Being service oriented and a team player
- Proficiency in English German is a plus.
