Job Description
Note: This position does not offer any visa sponsorship. Only Candidates Located in Germany who speak German (B2 or Fluent).
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technicians
- Oversee and manage processes and tasks within your team
- Provide IT technical support to customers both remotely and onsite
- Serve as the technical contact for projects assigned to your team
- Consult plan implement and develop IT infrastructure projects
- Perform administrative tasks in Microsoft or Linux environments
Requirements:
- Completed training or education in IT or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure
- Initial management experience is desirable
- Expertise in IT infrastructure and applications particularly client and server technologies networks backup solutions and monitoring systems
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Confident communication and presentation skills
