Job Description
Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond. Must have Negative Vetting Level 1.
Mandatory Criteria
- Minimum 2 years technical experience working with MFD Printer devices and associated
Print Server components.
- Minimum 2 years experience with MFD and printer configuration and management utilities.
Weighted Criteria
- Knowledge and understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) including Change and Incident management processes.
- Ability to investigate and identify issues for escalation.
- Ability to research and make sound decisions based within policy procedures and guidelines particularly Essential 8 and Cyber Security impacts.
- Basic understanding of managing and setting up Group Policy Objects (GPO) whitelisting and System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Understanding of the Australian Signals Directorate Information Security Manual and the controls relevant to the fleet.
