About the Role:
As an Industrial Engineer with Crystora Dynamics you will be at the heart of our mission to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a sharp eye for process improvement who thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment. Youll work closely with crossfunctional teams to design test and implement new strategies that reduce waste save time and improve production layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and Equipment Analysis: Assess current manufacturing processes and equipment to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Process Design and Implementation: Develop innovative and sustainable processes and procedures that align with our productivity goals implementing these changes across production teams.
Technology and Equipment Innovation: Research and propose new equipment ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows and continuous assessment of impact.
Automation and Cost Reduction: Identify viable automation opportunities devising strategies that reduce labor intensity and operational costs.
Productivity Monitoring and Reporting: Track the outcomes of implemented improvements and create comprehensive reports showcasing impacts on productivity and cost savings.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all procedures align with safety standards promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Industry Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of industrial processes and equipment with experience in process design and optimization.
Analytical Skills: Keen eye for detail and a strong ability to analyze and improve complex systems.
