Job Description
Our client is a dynamic integrated branding and creative communications agency known for helping brands establish strong connections with humans. The company prides itself on its unconventional agile approach and a track record of strategic and customerfocused solutions that span across various industries.
They are currently on the lookout for an experienced 2D/3D Motion Designer to join the team in Doha Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Creating animated and still 2D and 3D motion graphics for a variety of
- platforms including online broadcast etc.
- Liaising with clients and developing animation from their concepts
- Creating storyboards that depict the script and narrative
- Designing models backgrounds sets characters objects and the animation environment
- Developing the timing and pace of the movements of a character or object during the sequence of images and ensuring they follow the soundtrack and audio requirements
- Building up accurate detailed framebyframe visuals
- Recording dialogue and working with editors to composite the various layers of animation (backgrounds special effects characters and graphics) in order to produce the finished piece
- Working to production deadlines and meeting clients commercial requirements
- Working as part of a broader production team which might include liaising with printers copywriters photographers designers account executives website designers or marketing specialists
- Preparing all animation elements for compositing including delivering in set formats
- Enhancing animation with special effects at postproduction stage
- Conceptualize and create visual effects videos
Qualifications:
- Degree in computer animation 3D/graphic design fine arts or relevant field
- 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of 2D/3D and computergenerated animation
- A strong reel demonstrating exceptional 2D/3D animation skills
- Proficient in After Effects Cinema 4D Maya 3DS Max or any equivalent 3D software
- A creative storyteller with presentation abilities
- Ability to visualize abstract concepts
- Knowledge of current techniques and trends in animation
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to work to a schedule and plan workflows to meet deadlines
- Strong command of English is a must Arabic is a plus
