Job Description
We are searching a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Corporate Accounting Manager to lead our corporate accounting team. As a key member of our finance organization you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate accounting operations including financial reporting internal controls and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly quarterly and annual close processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage a team of accounting professionals providing guidance training and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including operations sales and engineering to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with external audits and tax filings.
- Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- 8 years of experience in corporate accounting with a strong focus on the software/technology/SaaS industry
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle
