Description:
What we are looking for / tasks associated with the position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Expert specializing in Marketing Sales and Services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce platform management with a focus on optimizing and enhancing our marketing sales and service processes.
Must have:
Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams
Ability for critical analysis and focused on problem solving
Attention to detail
Experience in strategic projects
Advanced knowledge of the technology in question
Experience in designing/architecting solutions on the technology/platform in Salesforce
Certifications in the technologies / platforms in Salesforce (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant).
Proven experience in Salesforce platform development and administration.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Agile methodology JIRA and Confluence tools
