Location: Lisbon
Work Regime: Hybrid (3x office)
Overview / Summary:
LUZA Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our company in a banking based project.
Job description:
The role will be to facilitate our transformation and cocreation processes and ensure that clients and users are at centre of everything we do. You will be a key part of a multidisciplinary team of innovators and technologists and will leverage your knowledge and experience in design to explore create and validate concepts that have a tangible positive impact on our clients and in the business. This role will involve: Product and UX design; cocreating with our internal and external customers to create a vision for new or improved products and experiences; creating and testing prototypes; planning designing and executing proofofconcepts; and launching new products and solutions into the market.
Main Tasks:
- Manage and contribute to the growth of our design system collaborating with cross functional teams ensuring consistency across our digital solutions.
- Drive the delivery of highquality user experience and interaction design work across the Digital portfolio.
- Support the practice and build team expertise across disciplines including user research interaction design and visual design.
- Be a customer advocate mastering customer needs and using feedback user goals and business requirements to drive clear UX direction to our products as well as value increase appreciation for user centric design within the organization.
- Help to focus the teams efforts through driving UX standards offering project guidance and connecting the team to the wider organizational context and ecosystem.
Technical Skills:

- Have demonstrable experience of designing compelling digital products and experiences using a full range of UX skills from research through to information architecture data design concept design iterative prototyping and final design delivery
- Experience working on complex / financial systems within an enterprise level environment.
- Experience in the financial services or funds management industry.
