The Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift will be responsible for a variety of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks that require skilled expertise. This position involves installing repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment and plant facilities to ensure the smooth operation of processes. The role is moderately physical and includes diagnosing malfunctions performing repairs and conducting preventive maintenance on plant equipment.

Skills
- Ability to diagnose mechanical electrical/electronic hydraulic and combustion malfunctions
- Proficiency in navigating and interpreting ladder logic in SLC 500 PLC 5 and Control Logix software
- Experience in modifying positions and diagnosing problems on ABB robots (Models M94 M98 M2000 M2600 and M6700)
- Competency in both gas and electric welding operations
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to implement effective repair procedures
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in manufacturing equipment
- Install move and align both new and existing equipment
- Set up and operate various types of machine shop equipment accurately d* Maintain accurate machine repair records and a neat work area
- Perform preventive and proactive maintenance tasks on plant equipment
- Carry out other duties as assigned by supervision or the designated team leader
Qualifications
- 4 years of related experience in Allen Bradley Hydraulics Robotics and Welding
- Experience in troubleshooting die casting machine cells using PLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics
Education Requirements
- Technical or vocational education (certificates or some college courses)

- 4 years of experience in relevant technical fields (Allen Bradley Hydraulics Robotics Welding)
