Job Summary:
Responsible to make sure the plant equipment operates in stable condition though maintenance activity. Planning and managing the execution of the maintenance activities and equipment inspection. Maintain the asset integrity through daily maintenance and plan Shut Down. Manage the budget through manpower planning details maintenance schedule and proper execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performance/Quality Monitoring
- Create long term maintenance strategies that align with organization goals and operational requirements.
- Design and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for equipment and machinery.
- Review work procedure and specification4. Observe and maintain ISO 90015.
- Evaluate maintenance practices and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Budget Management/Cost reduction
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget including labor materials and spare parts.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize maintenance efficiency and minimize operational costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and safety.
- Project Management
- Conduct new CAPEX project that affects the performance of maintenance activities.
- Conduct postperformance analysis of completed projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in mechanical engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience required.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Experience in chemical plants is preferred.
- Experience in maintenance of rotating/fixed machinery piping etc.
