Job Description
Our clients company specializes in Construction Equipment Sales and Service providing topnotch products and expert support to customers in the industry. Currently they are seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an Inside Sales Representative. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers utilize product knowledge and contribute to the companys sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound leads cold calling and followups.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers providing expert product knowledge and addressing inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our equipment inventory including specifications features and benefits to effectively advise customers.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Quote Generation: Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Order Processing: Manage the order entry process ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Market Research: Gather and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience preferably in the construction equipment or related industry.
