The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and capturing demand through digital channels while ensuring an exceptional buyer experience. This role will be responsible for driving the development and ongoing optimization of all digital marketing campaigns across SOCi’s markets or client’s markets.
Professional Services Only: This individual will lead the creation optimization and management of paid social media advertising services for our clients. As the key resource for ads and boosting strategies this role supports the Professional Services team in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across multiple industries while managing multiple customers in a book of business.
The main responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to create and capture demand through paid and organic digital channels
- Manage and optimize highperforming Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns including ad boosting with a focus on reaching specific client KPIs.
- Lead detailed testing and refinement processes for paid social media strategies for a high volume of clients.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to discover test and implement innovative contentboosting techniques and digital strategies across various client verticals.
- Oversee the setup monitoring and efficiency of ad campaigns while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of results.
- Manage relationships with clients ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and budgets while maximizing campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze and present reports on ad performance costs and key metrics
- Leverage expertise to optimize campaigns for diverse KPIs tailoring approaches to meet specific client goals.
- Effectively manage a diverse book of business with multiple clients ensuring successful campaign execution for each customer.
