TREC Recruitment is expanding and looking for an enthusiastic Remote Recruiter to join our team. We specialize in sourcing highly skilled professionals across various industries including Automotive Healthcare IT Hospitality and more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source screen and assess candidates through online platforms and social media.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job posting to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
- Utilize various job boards databases and online recruitment tools to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to team leaders.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in online recruiting.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in online recruitment or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn job boards etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (MANATAL).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience recruiting in sectors such as Automotive Healthcare IT or Hospitality is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment ideally with a focus on online recruiting.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Word.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (Tagalog) are a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
