Job Summary
Were seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads building relationships with clients and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls emails and networking events.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3.Experience in hard selling visiting companies to demonstrate product/service is an add on advantage
4.Deliver persuasive presentations to clients highlighting product/service benefits and features.
5. Negotiate contracts pricing and terms to close deals.
6. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
7. Stay uptodate on product/service offerings
features and benefits.
8. Monitor competitor activity market trends and industry developments.
9. Provide regular sales reports tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
10. Work closely with crossfunctional teams (marketing customer support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
1.Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
2.Experience:1 2 years must have tele sales Experience cold calling 1to1 selling and software selling is plus advantage
3. Skills:
Excellent English communication negotiation and persuasion skills.
Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines.
