In this role you will:
- Assist Frenchspeaking customers with inquiries and issues through various communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service standards
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Native French speaker
- B2 level of English for internal communication
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon as soon as possible
