1. Operational Coordination
- Support Regional Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the regional offices, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and according to company standards.

2. Operational Support and Troubleshooting

- Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and tracking the regional operational budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost savings within regional operations and work with the finance team to implement cost-effective solutions.

Desired candidate profile
1. Educational Background
- Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is typically required.
- Certifications: Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), logistics, or operational excellence can be a plus.
2. Experience
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or support roles, preferably within a regional or multi-site operational environment. Experience in industries like retail, logistics, manufacturing, or service industries is highly desirable.
- Industry-Specific Experience: Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., retail, manufacturing, FMCG, etc.) will provide an added advantage for understanding regional-specific challenges and operational requirements.
