Tasks
- Responsible for Designing and providing WAN/LAN network administration enterprise wireless cloud administration (AZURE) Cisco ACI and Cisco/Palo Alto firewall administration.
- Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.
- Initiate improvements in tools (SolarWinds Panorama Prime Cisco DNA Infoblox) requirements gathering and processes.
- Responsible for investigating causes tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets.
- Make recommendations based on analytics to improve performance and optimization of network infrastructure.
- Manage new and existing equipment hardware and software upgrades.
- Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.
- Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
- Demonstrated experience with WAN and backbone network protocols (BGP OSPF MPLS etc.) required.
- Experience with next generation firewall technology (Palo Alto Check Point Fortinet etc.) desirable.
- Experience with cloud (AWS Azure GC) networks and/or security desirable.
- Excellent analytical interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easytounderstand manner.
- Resourceful with the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask activities with shifting priorities.

- Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with data center operations wireless and data communications.
- Willingness to travel within Europe for onsite support as needed.
