Job Description

Tasks
Key Duties
- Lead and manage a diverse range of application projects within the Manufacturing Systems Team (MST) with a focus on customercentric results.
- Inspire and engage team members to meet project objectives fostering an inclusive and empowering environment.
- Oversee all aspects of MES project management including planning development stakeholder management and project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that customer needs remain central to project goals and decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement of MES Applications through proactive management and problemsolving.
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in MES project management ideally within an Information Systems (IS) or application development environment (this is key).
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team engagement motivation and relationshipbuilding.
- Resultsdriven mindset resilient in facing challenges and committed to excellence.
- Customeroriented approach to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Full UK driving license and car ownership are advantageous due to limited public transportation options.
