Job Description
WORK LOCATION: Warsaw (Hybrid)
FULLTIME
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan execute and optimize CRM campaigns
- Cooperate in briefing and content preparation
- Create mass and automated email campaigns
- Manage routine CRM tasks and processes ensuring timely execution of regular campaigns and communications
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks such as data entry segmentation updates and campaign setup
- Working with the Bloomreach platform (CRM/Marketing Automation/AI)
- Ensuring data quality segmentation and compliance with privacy regulations
- Monitor customer feedback and adjust CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- A/B tests campaigns optimization
WHAT YOU BRING IN
- 1 2 years of experience in creating and implementing email marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing best practices in the area of email marketing and marketing automation
- Practical experience in working with marketing automation / email marketing tools
- Very good English (required for daily communication with other departments)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level is a must
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
- Analytical accurate and proactive attitude
