We are looking for a dynamic clientfocused Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruitment. This person will play a key role in onboarding new companies recruiting the right candidates for our clients and nurturing relationships to generate upselling opportunities.
Tasks
- Onboarding new clients: Ensure that new companies understand our processes and the value we offer.
- Fullcycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to interviews and placement.
- Client management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with our clients identifying needs and offering additional recruitment solutions.
- Generate upselling opportunities: Work closely with clients to identify new recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French or French and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience of 3 years in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Experience in sales and account management is a plus.
- Goaloriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving and client engagement.
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
