We are seeking a proactive and resultsoriented Sales Representative to join our team focusing on sales and marketing activities with an emphasis on lead generation and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be adaptable possess a strong understanding of sales and communication techniques and show a keen interest in supporting business growth.

Tasks
- Initiate first contact with potential clients through cold calling to generate interest in our solutions.
- Ensure thorough lead qualification for an effective handover to the sales team.
- Regularly track performance refining prospecting tactics to maximize outcomes.
- Prepare outreach messages for LinkedIn (InMail) emails and other channels to facilitate engagement with prospects.
- Create readytouse text and email templates for prospecting campaigns.
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing events including trade shows as needed.
- Support the development of presentations business proposals and basic graphic design documents.
- Assist in building the CEOs personal brand on LinkedIn through market research and strategic analysis.
- Conduct various research tasks including market analysis and organizational logistics like booking accommodations and arranging travel.
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in English is mandatory with German being a plus.
- Strong communication abilities comfortable with cold calling and skilled at quickly establishing rapport with prospects.
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques with the ability to analyze feedback and adjust prospecting approaches.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and the ability to quickly learn and adapt.Basic graphic design skills intuitive but not necessarily professional level.
- Strong ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
