JOB DESCRIPTION
Helping borrowers understand their loan terms such as interest rates and payment schedules;
Processing loan applications including collecting and verifying documentation;
Reviewing loan applications to determine whether they meet minimum standards for approval;
Helping borrowers apply for loans by providing them with information about the application process;
Serve as the primary point of contact for loan applicants providing them with information about loan products eligibility requirements and application processes.
