Operations & Delivery Head
As the Operations Head you will oversee the daily operations and longterm planning of our IT company ensuring efficient processes high productivity and quality standards. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of IT project management client relations and operational performance optimization. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to drive the success of our projects manage budgets and improve overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency productivity and profitability.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor the operations team fostering a culture of continuous improvement accountability and collaboration.
- Resource and Budget Management: Oversee resource allocation and budgeting to ensure optimal use of resources across all projects. Maintain accountability for operational costs and financial goals.
- Project Management Oversight: Coordinate with project managers and department heads to ensure timely project delivery and quality assurance. Resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Quality and Process Improvement: Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments. Continuously review and enhance processes to ensure the highest quality in service delivery.
- Client Relations: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of services. Address and resolve escalated client issues.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs project metrics and performance data to make datadriven decisions. Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and company policies. Identify and mitigate operational risks.
