Location: Trichy Kambam (Theni)
Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executives with a passion for real estate. This fieldbased role requires individuals who are determined to achieve sales targets driven to succeed and possess the ability to effectively communicate with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable real estate projects.
- Establish and maintain longterm relationships with clients to foster loyalty and enhance repeat business.
- Perform cold calls engage in client networking and generate leads through references.
- Conduct project presentations to clients highlighting the unique features of properties.
- Provide clients with detailed information on property benefits specifications and payment plans to support decisionmaking.
- Schedule and conduct site visits showcasing property features and amenities
- Assist clients during site visits addressing questions and providing insights to help them make informed decisions.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales progress and followups to ensure 100% achievement of targets.
Required Experience Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the real estate sector is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Customerfocused and ability to provide personalized solutions.Selfmotivated and targetoriented with a proactive attitude.
- A twowheeler is mandatory for site visits; fuel reimbursement will be provided.
