2. Manage and monitor the project staffing plans budgets and minutes of meetings.
3. Plan and supervise project activities
4. Define and manage project scope
5. Resolve routine project issues during project execution
6. Manage project teams and resources
7. Perform regular project communication with the client and management and report project progress
8. Coordinate with Project Sponsor and project team
9. Understand the scope of the effort in terms of requirements manhours or functionality points
10. With the help of the relevant leads define project parameters i.e. timelines manpower requirements risks estimates etc.
11. Negotiate establish coordinate and oversee the projects deliverables
12. Act as the client for the local project team
13. Ability to study and analyze data and suggest strategic action items for business advantage
14. Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
15. Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team
16. Provide frequent feedback on employee performance address weaknesses or inefficiencies and offer support to improve skill gaps
17. All other duties as assigned by the CEO.
4 years of experience in team & people management
Must have experience working on and managing projects for international clients
Experience managing large complex projects in a highly aggressive resultoriented atmosphere
Strong communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with staff other teams senior management and customers
Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring coaching collaborating and team building
