Project Control Analyst

About You

You re a proactive problemsolver who values precision and thrives in fastpaced environments. You re always two steps ahead spotting risks before they become problems and optimizing processes to keep everything running smoothly. With a deep sense of ownership you re committed to producing highquality work and collaborating with others to make it happen.

Your Background

You ll need a few basics to start:

• A Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field.
  
• Between 0 5 years of relevant experience (we welcome earlycareer professionals ready to grow with us).
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills to distill complex data into meaningful insights.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and other essential software tools.
  
• The ability to work well with diverse teams and handle multiple priorities.
  
• US Work Authorization and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
  

And here are a few bonuses that would make you an even better fit:

• Familiarity with government contracting or knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
  
• A Master s degree in a related field.
  
• Skills in specialized tools for accounting forecasting and pricing in a government contractor setting.
  

What You ll Do

• Cost Estimating & Pricing: Develop cost models that drive smart decisions for our projects. You ll support our budgeting and forecasting needs helping us stay agile and responsive.
  
• Planning & Scheduling: You ll create project schedules that keep everyone on track from key milestones to resource allocations ensuring that we stay on time and on budget.
  
• Risk Assessment: Identify assess and mitigate project risks alongside project managers. Your foresight will help us navigate challenges before they arise.
  
• Performance Analysis: Dive into the numbers analyzing performance metrics to uncover insights that drive improvement. You ll communicate findings with project teams and leadership.
  
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation with rigor and accuracy ensuring our data meets the highest standards for compliance and excellence.
  
• Continuous Improvement: We value innovation at every level. You ll look for ways to improve our processes and help us set new standards in project control.
