About the Role: We are seeking a talented Paid Search Expert specializing in Google PPC to join our digital marketing team. Our focus is on driving impactful results and efficient scaling for our clients equipment and rental storefront listings. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop execute and optimize Google PPC campaigns to meet specific goals including lead generation sales and costefficiency. Implement best practices for campaign structure keyword targeting and ad copy to ensure high performance.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance. Adjust goals bids keywords ad copy and targeting strategies to drive efficient results and improve key performance metrics like CTR CPC and CPA.
Scaling Campaigns: Quickly and efficiently scale campaigns by expanding on successful keywords ad groups and audience segments. Manage multiple campaigns at once ensuring each is optimized for maximum reach and impact within budget.
Performance Reporting: Track analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools. Provide insights on what s working identify areas for improvement and deliver actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
Competitor & Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor campaigns keyword trends and industry benchmarks to ensure campaigns are competitive and aligned with best practices.
Budget Management: Ensure campaigns are managed within budget constraints while achieving desired outcomes. Recommend budget adjustments to maximize ROI and meet or exceed targets.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the marketing team to align paid search campaigns with broader marketing strategies and objectives.
Proven experience in Google Ads/PPC management preferably with US clients
Strong knowledge of paid search strategy keyword research and audience targeting
Ability to scale campaigns efficiently with strategic ad group and keyword expansion
Proficient in Google Analytics and other reporting tools for performance tracking
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make datadriven
decisions
Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with partial US hours
Detailoriented and proactive in managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international (especially US) markets
Google Ads Certification is a plus
Familiarity with other paid media platforms like Bing Ads Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
