Job Description
Job Title: Primary Care Physician Family Medicine / Internal Medicine
Location: Clifton Springs NY Geneva NY Penn Yan NY and Seneca Falls NY Beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York State
Employment Type: Direct Hire FullTime
Compensation: Competitive Salary ($225000 $300000 based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking highly qualified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to join a growing physicianled healthcare organization in the picturesque Finger Lakes region of New York State. The position offers the opportunity to practice in a communityoriented outpatient setting focusing on providing highquality care to a diverse patient population.
This is a fulltime employed position with a physicianled health system that values worklife balance and offers a supportive collaborative environment. The position includes light call responsibilities shared with other health system practices. The practice emphasizes patientcentered care and provides excellent resources to support clinical and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient primary care services to patients in the family or internal medicine setting.
- Perform routine checkups screenings and preventative care for adult and pediatric patients.
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists when needed.
- Offer counseling and education to patients on lifestyle changes and health maintenance.
- Participate in light call phone coverage shared with other practices in the health system.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans in the EMR system in a timely and accurate manner.
Work Schedule:
- Fulltime Monday through Friday.
- Light call coverage primarily phonebased shared with other healthcare providers in the system.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- New graduates and experienced physicians are both encouraged to apply.
- Compassionate patientfocused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
