About the Role:
As the Head of Marketing Performance & Growth reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) you will lead the performancedriven side of our marketing team focusing on revenue growth and market expansion. You will oversee multiple departments ensuring alignment and optimizing marketing efforts to drive business growth. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing(Awareness to make sure our marketing campaigns align with overall company goals.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing growth strategies and performance marketing;
- Proven experience leading diverse marketing teams managing department heads and driving revenue growth;
- Strong knowledge of partner marketing (affiliate channel product marketing) paid media and marketing automation;
- Experience with Hubspot ClickUp Affiliate and Channel Marketing tools;
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to establish and refine marketing metrics to align with growth goals;
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in international markets particularly within the gaming or ecommerce sectors;
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks and experience in implementing them at a departmental level;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a marketing performance strategy aligned with growth and revenue goals.
- Mentor department leads to drive team growth and performance ensuring alignment with broader marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with brand marketing leaders to integrate brandbuilding and performance campaigns.
- Oversee Digital Marketing (Marketing Automation Paid Media Project Management) and Partner Marketing (Channel Affiliate Product Marketing) promoting best practices and effective partnership strategies.
- Foster crossfunctional collaboration with teams like Product and Operations for unified marketing initiatives.
- Establish OKRs and KPIs in line with company goals using MBOs to track individual and team accountability.
- Collaborate with Paid Media and Marketing Automation teams to optimize acquisition costs and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead presentations on marketing performance and strategy for executive leadership.
