Job Description

Our conferences and summits reach global markets across the EMEA & APAC regions where we engage with various CXOs and Business Leaders across industries in tech and nontech spaces.

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Demand Generation & Lead Outreach Executive with 01 year of experience in lead generation outreach and digital marketing. In this role you ll primarily focus on engaging potential leads through LinkedIn and email campaigns contributing to building and qualifying a strong sales pipeline.
  • Experience & Background:

    • 01 year of experience in demand generation sales development or marketing (internships or prior roles focusing on lead generation are acceptable).
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach as primary tools for lead generation (experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or email marketing platforms is a plus).
  • Lead Generation & Outreach:

    • Ability to assist in creating and managing targeted lead lists via LinkedIn and online prospecting tools.
    • Basic experience or willingness to learn how to craft and send cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages that engage and qualify leads.
    • Proactive approach in following up with leads via email and LinkedIn nurturing relationships and helping to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Campaign Execution & Learning:

    • Willingness to learn and assist in the creation and execution of email sequences and LinkedIn outreach strategies to engage prospects.
    • Basic understanding of A/B testing and performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts (training will be provided).
    • Interest in learning how to track analyze and report on lead generation activities and performance.
  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone and ability to clearly convey messages via email and LinkedIn.
    • Ability to work effectively with team members across sales and marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and lead qualification.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and willingness to learn.
    • Comfort with using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools (e.g. Outreach Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Preferred Skills (Not Required):

    • Exposure to sales automation tools or prospecting tools (e.g. LinkedIn automation ZoomInfo Clearbit).
    • Basic knowledge of accountbased marketing (ABM) strategies.
