Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a hospitality professional who is highly motivated and driven to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient friendly and professional beverage service whilst familiarising yourself with VIP and regular guests to meet their needs.
- Implement systems to maintain control of bar service equipment conduct regular stocktakes and ensure accurate guest billing.
- Establish and uphold cleaning schedules for the restaurant area maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable about current menu and promotions maximising sales opportunities.
- Oversee mise en place backofhouse operations and cellar management to maintain high standards throughout the establishment.
Qualifications :
Were looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who can:
- Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role
- Lead and motivate a team effectively

- Communicate professionally with guests and team members
