Job Description
- Ensure the smooth operation of food & beverage service in both functions and the restaurant;
- Lead a team of individuals in various roles within the food & beverage service;
- Collaborate on menu and beverage offerings;
- Occasionally contribute to menu planning and pricing decisions;
- Manage inventory and place orders for food and beverages;
- Responsible for training and developing staff members;
- Dedication to ensuring a positive dining experience for guests;
- Reporting to Restaurant Manager & Conference & Events Operations Manager.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a food & beverage outlet at a team leader or supervisor level;
- Proficiency in pointofsale systems specifically Opera and Shiji;
- Capability to resolve issues and address guest concerns effectively;
- Keen eye for detail to uphold service quality and presentation standards;
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fastpaced environment.
