Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead highimpact crossfunctional projects focused on business transformation and the implementation of a new Workforce Management SaaS solution. You will manage project scope budget risks schedule and quality collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Tasks
- Lead and manage projects across HR finance logistics and other business functions.
- Oversee the implementation of a new Workforce Management SaaS solution.
- Develop and manage project plans resources budgets and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with stakeholders suppliers and project teams to achieve business objectives.
- Facilitate project meetings reporting and updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Experience in SaaS implementations and HRrelated projects is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams in a dynamic environment.
- Swedish language skills are a plus.
