Tasks
YOUR TASKS:
- Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather process and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Data Visualization: Develop and maintain visual representations of data using tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms to facilitate understanding and decisionmaking across teams.
- CrossTeam Collaboration: Work with departments such as marketing finance and operations to understand data requirements and provide insights that align with business objectives.
- Data Optimization: Assist in building and refining data pipelines and structures to optimize data management and reporting capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Support ongoing efforts to improve data quality governance and analytics processes.
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education & Experience: A degree or training in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field with 2 years of experience in data analysis including working with large datasets and data interpretation.
- SQL & Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation along with expertise in analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends and insights.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or Looker creating impactful visual reports and dashboards to support decisionmaking.
- Statistical & Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques with a keen eye for detail in identifying patterns and insights.
- Programming Skills: Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus aiding in advanced data processing and analysis.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear actionable recommendations for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Prior experience in D2C or ecommerce industry analytics is advantageous bringing an understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
