Job Description

Job Title : ServiceNow Lead/Architect

Location : New York

W2 contract

Job Description:

• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform including architecture design implementation and administration.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident Problem Change and Configuration Management.

• Proven experience leading ServiceNow development projects and managing teams of developers or administrators.

• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e.g. Business Rules UI Policies Script Includes etc.) and ServiceNow modules (e.g. Service Catalog CMDB Change Management).

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST SOAP APIs MID Server etc.) and external system integrations.

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and best practices for customizing and extending the platform.

• Experience with ServiceNow upgrade cycles and patch management.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

• Ability to lead mentor and guide teams of ServiceNow developers and administrators.

• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex environments.
