Position Overview: As an Account Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by nurturing and closing qualified leads generated through our AccountBased Marketing (ABM) strategies. Operating remotely from India you will be responsible for engaging with USbased prospects conducting product demos managing the sales cycle and closing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and resultsoriented sales professional with a strong background in SaaS product sales and telesales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Nurturing & Sales Engagement: Engage with qualified leads handed over by the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to understand their needs and pain points provide tailored solutions and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients showcasing the value and benefits of our observability tool.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Insights & Feedback: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions to help refine our offerings and gotomarket strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs marketing teams and customer success teams to optimize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Account Executive or inside sales role preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully conducting product demos and closing deals in a telesales or remote sales environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaSbased product sales and the technology landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills with a customercentric approach.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and other sales enablement technologies.
- Familiarity with the US market and cultural nuances is a plus.
