As a Partner Performance Specialist your key objective is growing the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network. You take care of a large portfolio of emerging supply partners and assist in partnership related functions at scale.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Contact high growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and maximize value
Contact new or potential supply partners to encourage completion of their online registrations
Encourage program participation through focused project sprints
Communicate efficiently with partners through various communication methods including phone, email, messaging and webinars
Train and inform partners on our technologies, tools and models
Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results and track progress in internal systems
Partner Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and evaluate the performance of business partners across various metrics, including sales performance, service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a performance dashboard to provide real-time insights on partner progress and highlight key trends or concerns.
Generate performance reports and present findings to management and stakeholders, offering recommendations for improving partner performance.
Performance Improvement & Issue Resolution:
Identify underperforming partners and work collaboratively with them to identify root causes and develop improvement plans.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, etc.) to implement strategies that help partners meet performance expectations.
Lead or support root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts when issues arise that impact partner or customer satisfaction.
Partner Engagement & Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with strategic partners to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with business goals.
Conduct regular business reviews (e.g., quarterly or monthly) to discuss performance, identify challenges, and set new objectives.
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in business development or execution role preferred although fresh graduates welcome to apply
Demonstrates basic computer skills
Analysis skills desired
Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive achievements and make decisions
Intellectual curiosity Autonomous and result driven (history of achieving ambitious targets)
Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, is able to have minimum of 10 meaningful conversations with partners per day
Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business
Able to support EMEA markets and following the business hours in EMEA
Fluent communication skills in English and Turkish/Arabic Language
Data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel (advanced), and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present partner performance data clearly.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or partner management platforms.
Basic understanding of contract management, service level agreements (SLAs), and partner agreements.
Ability to work with partner-facing tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on performance.
