Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Agent
Location: Qatar
Package: QAR 5000 basic 35% commission Company car (eligibilitybased)
About the Role
We re seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team in Qatar. Ideal candidates are passionate about real estate targetdriven and skilled in client engagement and sales. You ll have access to exclusive property listings quality leads and strong marketing support.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Experience in real estate (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valid driving license
Key Weekly KPIs
1. Calls: 250 new and followup calls
2. Property Viewings: 2 3 viewings per week
3. New Listings: 3 listings per week
4. CRM Tasks: 100% daily updates and followups
Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: QAR 5000 monthly (subject to performance targets)
Commission: 35% on all closed sales
Company Car: Provided after 3 months (based on performance)
Support & Training: Ongoing professional development CRM and marketing resources
Monthly Sales Targets
Month 1: QAR 15000 in GCI
Month 2: QAR 20000 in GCI
Month 3: QAR 25000 in GCI
Month 4 and beyond: QAR 40000 in GCI
