Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company specializing in surface products.
Role Summary: As a MidLevel Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing scheduling assistance to a GM and supporting multiple teams in Quality. Your attention to detail organizational skills and ability to work independently are critical for success.
4. What are the key responsibilities
Proactively manage calendars and prioritize calendar requests based on shifting business priorities.
Support engineering organization around T&E budgets employee onboarding and team events.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
Manage domestic and international travel plans and agendas.
Onboard vendor staff and new hires manage office space.
Prepare and process expense reports.
Ensure timely flow of information and process approvals.
Communicate and build relationships with the business support community and leadership.
Influence and embrace crossfunctional/cultural teams.
Solve complex problems when they occur.
Ensure compliance with Microsoft and team policies and procedures.
Think fast pivot as needed and demonstrate flexibility.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success
MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:
4 years of administrative assistant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft internal tools and software including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Experience with calendaring.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
BA/BS degree (desirable but not required).
Experience in onboarding tasks planning team events and managing budgets.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
