Develop/execute strategic sales plans: identify target acquire new clients
Conduct indepth market research identify industry trends/potential clients
Build/nurture sales pipeline: prospecting cold calling networking relationship building
Employ consultative approach to assessing client needs address pain points communicate value proposition
Develop compelling servicedifferentiating proposals/presentations
Negotiate contracts/pricing agreements securing profitable business
CRM Savvy: track activities manage leads analyze performance
Stay uptodate on industry/competitor/market trends & developments
Consistently exceed sales quotas/drive revenue growth
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor s degree & 23 years transportation industry brokerage new business development or combination of education/experience to include:
Deep understanding of the logistics landscape
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Hunter mentality; passion for prospecting/generating new business
Excellent communication negotiation interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
