Job Description
- Create detailed HVAC and refrigeration system drafts using Revit following AUNZ and US standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and regulatory codes.
- Produce review and revise technical drawings and schematics for HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Verify compliance of drafts with regional HVAC and refrigeration standards.
- Identify and address design or technical issues during the drafting phase.
- Maintain and update project documentation incorporating any design adjustments.
- Assist in the handoff to installation teams providing clarity on design details as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration drafting.
- Proficiency in Revit specifically for HVAC system design and drafting.
- Indepth knowledge of HVAC standards and codes in AU NZ and US.
- Strong technical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for crossfunctional collaboration.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for career excellence and continuous professional development.
- Problemsolving skills for addressing design challenges effectively.
- Setup and Location: Onsite Ortigas Alabang Pampanga and Cebu
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
