Our client is a leading financial company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Lead cash flow forecasting and proactive cash management to support business needs.
- Perform indepth analyses to guide strategic business decisions through managerial accounting insights.
- Oversee efficient working capital management to optimize liquidity and operations.
- Communicate effectively with departments sponsors and the board to ensure alignment on financial matters.
- Spearhead the annual budget process and mediumterm business planning by delivering critical financial insights.
- Manage monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting processes with precision.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of management and financial accounting systems.
- Guarantee timely tax and regulatory compliance handling inquiries from regulatory bodies as needed.
- Identify recommend and implement process improvements continuously.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to foster a skilled motivated and compliant finance function.

5+ years of experience in finance with a focus on leadership. Skilled in preparing and analyzing consolidated financial statements. Proactive, independent, and quick to learn. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities. High sense of responsibility, ensuring timely and effective results. Committed to high ethical standards, acting consistently in good faith. Proven leadership skills, adept at collaborating with directors and staff to address challenges. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Deep understanding of the relationship between corporate strategy and financial controls.
