Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract toptier candidates.
- Utilize various channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
- Screen resumes conduct initial phone interviews and assess technical skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates keeping them informed and engaged.
- Address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the IT technology landscape especially in the areas of Embedded Systems IoT VLSI Chip Design and Semiconductor Engineering.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
