Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Development: Build and maintain a dynamic responsive user interface using React.js for the dashboard. Ensure the UI is optimized for desktop supporting realtime data updates and sync with WhatsApp/ERP.
Backend Development: Create and maintain APIs using Node.js to handle data flow between the WhatsApp Business API ERP and the dashboard. Manage serverside processes to handle customer data order details and chat logs.
Database Management: Design and manage the database using MongoDB ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of customer product and order data.
API Integration: Work with thirdparty APIs to integrate WhatsApp Business API for customer communication and order processing. Collaborate on integrating the ERP to sync data for order creation and tracking.
Collaboration & Communication: Participate in daily standups code reviews and collaborate with team members to deliver features on time. Provide technical insights and suggestions for improvements.

Qualifications:
MERN Stack Expertise: React.js: 2 years of experience building complex responsive web applications. Node.js & Express.js: Expertise in backend development API creation and serverside logic. MongoDB: Experience in database design and optimization.
API Integration Experience: Experience integrating thirdparty APIs particularly messaging or ERP systems. Familiarity with the WhatsApp Business API and/or ERP systems is a plus.
Version Control & Agile Development: Proficient with Git for source code management. Experience working in Agile environments.
Testing & Debugging: Experience with testing frameworks for both frontend and backend testing. Strong debugging skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Realtime Data Experience: Familiarity with realtime data applications (e.g. WebSockets).
Chat Functionality Development: Experience building or integrating chat functionalities.
ERP Systems Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems and inventory/order management processes.
