Our Product Department is a dynamic group of visionaries creators and problemsolvers who are passionate about delivering exceptional products. As a Chatbot Conversational Designer you ll work alongside product managers developers and fellow designers to create chatbots that are intuitive engaging and impactful. How You ll Shape the Future:
- Design with Purpose: Use your expertise to design chatbot experiences that are userfriendly and meet the unique needs of our clients on platforms like WhatsApp.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with clients developers and product managers to bring chatbot concepts to life ensuring they align with our product vision.
- Lead with Creativity: Take ownership of chatbot design projects from start to finish incorporating feedback and making datadriven improvements.
Your DaytoDay Responsibilities:
- Conduct client meetings to gather detailed requirements for WhatsApp chatbots.
- Develop and refine chatbot prototypes that deliver seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with bot developers to test implement and optimize chatbot designs.
- Write engaging and effective chatbot dialogues in both English and Arabic.
- Stay informed on the latest chatbot design tools and trends to keep our products ahead of the curve.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven background in chatbot design or a related field within user experience.
- Skills: Strong communication problemsolving abilities and a talent for crafting natural engaging conversations.
- Team Player: A proactive adaptable mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a remotefirst environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic with excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
