This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems verifying information and supporting our teams with essential datarelated tasks. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity will ensure that our databases remain reliable secure and uptodate.
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately enter and update data into company databases spreadsheets and systems.
- Verification & Quality Control: Regularly review verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors or duplication.
- Documentation & RecordKeeping: Organize and maintain both electronic and paperbased files for easy retrieval and reference.
- Reporting: Assist in generating reports and data summaries for various teams as required.
- Data Security: Adhere to data security policies ensuring all information is handled confidentially and securely.
- Communication: Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and provide support on datarelated inquiries.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry administrative or related roles.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
- Skills:
- Typing Speed & Accuracy: Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of WPM e.g. 50 WPM and high accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word) and data entry software.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience working with database software CRMs or ERP systems.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with data cleaning techniques and data visualization tools.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Proven experience ( 1-5+ years) as a Recruiter, HR Generalist, or similar role. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and general HR functions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
