In this Chief of Staff role you will bridge leadership and operations driving strategic initiatives focused on integrating technology and optimizing business processes. You ll act as the CEOs right hand spearheading the operational transformation needed to thrive in the AIpowered future.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Strategic Operations and Systems Integration

  • Architect and oversee operational workflows that integrate AI tools with daytoday business functions.

  • Ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes across all teams.

  • Develop systems to measure monitor and improve KPIs ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

  • Lead crossfunctional initiatives to improve operational efficiency by 30% within the first 12 months.

2. Empower and Upskill the Workforce

  • Implement AI training programs ensuring 80% of contractors are proficient with AI tools within 912 months.

  • Establish performance frameworks that link career growth with technology adoption.

  • Create initiatives that boost team morale increasing average remuneration by 25% and rewarding top performers.

3. Enhance Client Experience and Retention

  • Lead efforts to improve service delivery with AIdriven solutions boosting client satisfaction by 40% within a year.

  • Work closely with recruitment and account teams to reduce client turnover by 33% and increase client headcount by 33%.

4. Optimize Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Operations

  • Expand the recruitment team by 50% within 6 months to meet growth objectives.

  • Design efficient hiring workflows to reduce timetohire by 30% for AIenabled roles.

  • Build a talent pipeline that aligns with both company expansion and the integration of new technologies.

5. Oversee Financial and Operational Performance

  • Collaborate with the CEO to align budgets with strategic objectives while maintaining profitability.

  • Implement costsaving measures that improve profitability by 15% in the first year.

  • Regularly monitor operational performance adjusting systems and processes to achieve financial targets.

6. Strategic Communication and CrossFunctional Alignment

  • Act as the CEO s trusted advisor by providing strategic insights and regular operational reports.

  • Facilitate crossdepartmental meetings to ensure alignment across teams and seamless execution of initiatives.

  • Establish transparent communication channels with stakeholders to keep them informed on key projects.



Requirements

  • 5 years in a senior operations or management role ideally in BPO staffing or consulting.
  • Proven experience working with American or Western clients understanding their expectations and business culture.
  • Strong background in AI tools and workforce technologies with handson experience integrating them into operations.
  • Demonstrated success in process optimization profitability improvement and scaling operations.
