Job Description
Our client a leader in the life sciences and diagnostics industry is looking for a Contract Data Analyst Product Performance based in Indianapolis IN.
The ideal candidate will join the Diabetes Care Manufacturing Product Performance team as a Manufacturing Systems Analyst. In this role they will manage essential manufacturing software analyze data for process improvements and work collaboratively to enhance system performance within a Life Sciences environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Management: Ensure optimal performance of manufacturing software (COTS) applications.
- Data Analysis: Develop reports analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes.
- Technical Collaboration: Work with IT teams on systems such as Active Directory SQL Oracle VMware Cisco; manage ServiceNow for incident and change management.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
- Support: Aid teams in managing complex system structures and interfaces.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s in Math Engineering IT or related field.
- Experience: 2 years in manufacturing systems support ideally in Life Sciences.
- Skills: Proficiency in SAS or data analysis tools strong troubleshooting and effective communication.
- Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow networking fundamentals and lab data systems.
