Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: Legal Operations Manager
Sector: Financial Services
Start Date: December/January 2025
Duration: 46months

Location: Zurich or Remote

Tasks
- Lead and manage legal projects from initiation to completion. Ensure alignment with business objectives ontime delivery and efficient resource allocation across all phases of project execution
- Oversee legal department budgets manage vendor relationships monitor external counsel costs and optimize spending. Develop and implement strategies to track and control legal expenditures improving cost efficiency
- Evaluate select and implement LegalTech solutions to support the legal departments needs. Oversee the lifecycle management of these tools ensuring they meet evolving business requirements and streamline workflows
- Develop and manage project budgets for legal initiatives. Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets proactively identifying potential cost overruns and efficiencies
- Continuously assess and refine legal department processes to increase productivity and streamline operations. Implement best practices to enhance workflow efficiency reporting and collaboration within the legal team and across departments
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Resident in Switzerland
- Min. 3 year PQE in legal operations project management or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis along with experience in contract and vendor management
