Job Description

Hardal is allinone serverside measurement environment tool.

You will have the opportunity to work on Hardal and contribute to the growth of our company.

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads for our serverside measurement solutions.

You will focus on developing each qualified lead paving the way for our Sales Team to turn them into longterm customers. In this role youll gain a deep understanding of successful SaaS Marketing Sales Martech fundamentals within a datadriven privacycentric industry.

Tasks

Were seeking a proactive ambitious and highenergy professional who can work in a dynamic start up environment closely with our marketing and product teams seizing business opportunities to fuel growth. The ideal candidate will have a mini CEO mindset for establishing the foundations of our sales structure together with our sales leadership team helping customers transition to secure privacyfirst analytics with Hardal.

  • Qualify leads based on Hardals unique value propositions and target customer profiles
  • Engage with enterprises within Turkey and EMEA region promoting Hardals vision of data privacy and accuracy
  • Pass qualified leads to Sales Leaders with relevant context
  • Continuously optimize our lead qualification processes analysis and outreach tactics

Requirements

Requirements for Success

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customerfacing role with strong communication skills to connect with prospective clients
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with datadriven decisionmaking
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to help build Hardals presence in a rapidly evolving industry
  • Ambition to exceed targets and contribute to Hardals growth
  • Flexibility and openness to evolving sales processes and strategies
  • Proficiency in Turkish or English with the ability to engage a global customer base

Preferred Skills

  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g. German Spanish or French) is a bonus
  • Experience in customer support SaaS sales or related roles
  • Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field (not required) is a bonus
